A simple eggless blueberry cake recipe

Blueberries…yummy and sweet ! But frankly speaking after trying this yummy yet very simple blueberry cake I am liking berries more in the cake 🙂

Here am sharing a recipe for a simple eggless blueberry cake!

Ingredients:
1.5 cup : plain flour/ self raising flour.
1/2 cup : butter melted.
1/2 tsp : baking soda.
1.5 tsp : baking powder.
1 cup : condensed milk.
1/2 cup : powdered sugar.( vary this depending on how much sweet you want )
1/2 tsp : vanilla essence.
1 tblsp : lemon juice.
1/2 cup : blueberries

Method:

* In a bowl mix plain flour, baking soda, baking powder, powdered sugar.
* Add vanilla essence to the butter and mix well. Then add this into the flour. Mix well.
* Add condensed milk and start whisking.
*  Add a little water and continuing whisking until everything is mixed well and you get a batter of smooth consistency.
* Add lemon juice and stir well.
* Fold the blueberries into the batter slowly.
* Apply butter to the cake pan and pour the batter into it.
* Bake this for 30 min in a pre-heated oven at 180 °c.
